UPDATE: Every good review is a manager who works there. Worst company ever. Technically a pyramid scheme. There's another word for it... SCAM. Door to door sales with no hourly wage and promises of making 300-500 a week based solely on 100% commission? Take some advise and go apply to the real AT&T these goofballs will hire anybody and you work 12 hours 6 days a week. McDonalds full time pays more. They make you feel important by giving you an iPad and a suit from dress to success which is kinda like low income business professional goodwill. The group is annoying and they have team meetings mandatory twice a week. Honestly, everyone who works there is younger than 30 years old. SCAM

SCAM ARTISTS! Sold me a bundled DirecTV/AT&T Internet package that does not exist & have offered zero help in solving the problem. Sales rep will not return a call or text, DBS owner Jared Reid has done NOTHING! I've spent hours on the phone with multiple AT&T customer care agents & supervisors, all have confirmed these guys sold me a fake bundle!
UPDATE 3/15/2018: In response to "retracting being sold a "fake bundle" and being "scam artists". You went through a verification call with AT&T prior to having service installed confirming every step of the order process and products requested, so those accusations are not logical." this is once again their total BS to make themselves look better online. It 100% was a fake bundle that did not exist in the AT&T/DirecTV system or I would not have had to spend countless hours on the phone with multiple reps to get the issue resolved. And my verification call was not even with AT&T, it was with DirecTV because I already had AT&T internet but was switching from DISH Network to DirecTV. In this verification call, they would only discuss the DirecTV cost and never confirmed the total "bundled" bill amount, which ended up being the big issue. THANK GOODNESS I had Dynamic Business Solutions door to door salesman's handwriting showing the low/fake price that multiple AT&T reps confirmed was not real. Yes, it ended up getting resolved, but was a COMPLETE nightmare, disaster, and huge waste of time.
DBS, for once, just admit that your business made mistakes and inform the public it was handled internally, then apologize to the customer that had to FIGHT to get it all straightened out with next to no help from you. A simple apology would earn far more respect. Unfortunately, you don't have that decency because even in your response you say my "accusations are not logical." Truly unbelievable.
