We bought our Manufactured home in September 2008. The first year they would always send someone out to fix whatever was cracked and or not working. We bought an extended warranty and since then very little was done.I do not recommend the extended warranty, it only applies to certain things. We should have read it more carefully. The cracks from settling are extensive now and frankly unbelievable. Even after their handy man "fixed" them after the first year. They are all back and all worse. I have a crack in the ceiling,in a random place, the cracks in the walls ( where walls and ceiling meet) are deep now too. I am so unhappy with the work that they did. There has been a hole in our flooring since we moved in. Small but there. I know 130 + thousand may not seem like alot to some but for us it is. We had mold growing on our bathroom wall and by the AC, this happened several times. The guy they sent said he fixed it twice, not to mention one of the times he came to the house, he actually left the job undone so he could take his kids to mutual. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!. We called another AC/Heater company to come look when it happened again.We were informed from the other company that the AC/Furnace we were given was basically just thrown together, not an appropriate unit. We had mold all over the wall in the bathroom and by the AC. We had to get a new unit, the correct one, and had to have our insurance pay to redo the walls just with the mold. Just to let you know, since this other heating company has been out and fixed our problem, we have had no more mold issues. WOW! In addition to the above listed, I am also missing siding by the sliding glass door. They had covered it with stairs so I never paid any attention. When I decided to paint the stairs this last year 2013, I saw it and could not believe my eyes. I would not recommend anyone purchasing from them. We have already had shingles fall off, wood is painted slightly different shades of varnish inside the house, all cabinet doors are constantly loose, we have to tighten them regularly. The jets in our tub worked for about a year then stopped. Not to mention we had to replace the vent for our propane fireplace in mid 2009. We have had electrical problems in the kitchen which they did fix. But made it sound like a favor because it was on the counter not necessarily against the wall so it really was not covered by the so called extended warranty. I could go on but I will not. Just not happy.

Bought a Marlette home from Clayton in 2014. Mark and his staff were awesome and my home was customizable to the Wyoming winters and snow load specs. Think of it as a tiny house on steroids @ 720 square feet. Everyone who sees my home can't believe it's so nice and so well crafted for a manufactured home.
