NEVER EVER EVER buy a home from this company. They lie about almost every aspect of buying a home from them. They promised my father to move his trailer for $500 after up to a year after purchasing it and now won’t. They also promised to buy it back up to a year afterwards for the same price he bought it for. They Also did not fulfill this promise. The company will not fix any of the issues the trailer had immediately after instillation. The screen doors were not mounted correctly and were never fixed. When he tried to sell his home, they would not even go so far as to help him resell it even though it is in nearly new condition. DO NOT EVEN THINK about trusting the word of this company if you do not have some sort of legal binding contract written up prior to purchase. Trust no promises from them.

They have nice homes and they honestly will try their best to get you a place. Laura was very nice and helpful

Visited today and staff seemed unorganized they acted like we just showed up they had no recolection of our appoitment. we felt lied to multiple times.they couldnt give us a price on anything we asked and kept trying to upsale us to homes we didnt like.then asked for 5 hundred down.down on what?a house you dont even know the price to and wich we couldnt even see.

We're seriously thinking of buying a modular home here. Love their models and the ease of rearranging the layout to fit your needs. They can add a covered walk around porch or open deck, fireplaces etc. A 2 car garage would also be a must for us. Sales people are friendly and knowledgeable too. There's two we really like...just bring the vision of your style and they'll do their best to make it happen. 🏠
