CleanBeyond of Southwest Indiana

Overextended, unreliable, careless. NOT RECOMMENDING! We met with the owner, Kelly, for a walk through about cleaning twice monthly. We really had some specific needs (bathrooms, floors, etc.) versus wanting overall cleaning. Kelly took notes and said she would relay that information to her local help, Heather, who would likely actually be doing the work. On our first scheduled day of cleaning my husband arrived home and found seemingly that our instructions had not been communicated at all – Heather was cleaning our oven, doing dishes, and other items we had not asked for. In addition, she seemed rushed in other areas of the house that we really wanted attention paid (i.e. put cleaner in the toilet but did not scrub it, didn’t clean the shower stall doors where they overlapped). We did let Kelly know our feedback and she said they would try better the next time. The night before our next scheduled cleaning, Kelly called and said Heather’s car was broke and neither of them could come attend to the job that day. They offered coming the next week but due to expected company the week after that, we opted to skip a session in favor of them coming the week we prepared for guests. Kelly came and completed that job at that time with little issue. Fast forward to two weeks later and we received a call from Kelly the day she was scheduled to attend. Her car had gotten broke into the night before. Our home address and garage code were in the car, written down from the initial meeting we had, and were missing from the vehicle. This truly was the last straw for us in welcoming her back to our home. It’s tough enough when someone cannot be counted on to be reliable, but to be careless with customer information is really not acceptable. I would not recommend this company at all!
