I contacted this company over a month ago to get a quote.  Was emailed back a week later stating he would have a quote in 2 weeks.  It's been 3 more weeks and no quote.  Do they not want business?

Technician was incompetent and unable to diagnosis and make needed repairs.
impossible people to deal with; I would keep looking,not worth the grief.
