Clinical Pathology Laboratories

What can you say about a Pathology Laboratory that loses your blood sample and then waits to tell you for upwards of ten days? And this isn't even the first go-around I've had with this unprofessional, ill-run company, far from it. This place is a legitimate health hazard from their excessive wait times, lack of pandemic protocol to phlebotomists that wear their masks under their nose instead of over it. And this isn't the first time they have lost a blood specimen of mine, believe it or not. It is, however, the first time they delayed telling me for 10-days. I consider this not only inept but extremely dangerous for anyone that requires a quick response from their blood test--shame on you, CPL Labs, for this kind of handling of people's lives. RECOMMENDED: Not in a million years. SERVICE: Poor at best, dangerous at worst. PRICE: N/A COVID: Virtually none PARKING: Inadequate REASON/INTENT: Medically required blood test and they lost it.

Always friendly. Let me take my lab work home, to bring back, hard as I tried to do my urine sample, after drinking water and waiting 45min-hour, my body not wanting to give in. Took to me being upset/flustered about it, calmly telling me how to bring it back.

Quick in and out on a Monday afternoon! Had an appointment but no one was in waiting room at the time of it. Cheryl and the phlebotomist were friendly and efficient!

Friendly, professional, and 100% great at what they do. My 10month old daughter needed blood drawn and they did wonderful. Quick and easy. Highly recommend if you need pediatric draws done.

Completely unprofessional. For starters, I called for 2 days with no answer trying to get an appointment, I even called other locations, nothing. I had to call customer service just to get through to someone to make an appointment! Then, I show up for my appointment just to be told that they don't take my insurance. What a waste of my time. I was hesitant on coming here because the reviews for all locations are just really bad but this is where my OB sent me, so I went ahead but never again.

Literally checked in and walked out in less than five minutes. I don't know if service is always that fast but I was prepared for a wait and there was no one else there.

Made an appointment the day prior for 11am the day of. Was in and completed blood work by 11:20am. Super friendly and polite staff!

Yes 5 stars! I very, very rarely get someone who's not exceptional at drawing my blood. But frankly, for those giving less than 5 stars, it's okay by me. Helps keep the wait time down! Very efficient and generously and conveniently open Saturdays!

We just left this place a few mins. Ago and my experience was okay. The only person they had doing blood work was taking way too long not to mention when they called us up my husband was sitting down with my son on top off him and she literally grabbed my husbands leg to show him how to hold my son down...who does that??????I've never had anyone do that to me when I take him to get blood work done. They'll show me how to hold him down but they never touch my legs.

I went on saturday 4/5/19 to this office, it was packed because most don't open on weekends they open 8-12 I got in at 8 and out at 9:30 understandable because I was the last on the line, to my experience the personnel was very kind from the girl in front desk that ask for the insurance to the nice young bilingual ladie that took my blood she treated me with love ...well I been thru this at different offices and they don't treat me like she did . They have poked me up to 6 times because they can't find my vein ...she did it at the first try. Definitely I'll be back for my next lab work .
