To Jim, the guy that took my blood 1/19/21 at 2:13pm: Absolutely FANTASTIC work mate. I didn't even feel the needle WOW, and he got me in and out in about 2 minutes. Hands down best experience I've ever had with a phlebotomist! This is gonna be my new location for sure!

They were friendly and professional. I was in and out in 10 minutes. This is important when a person like me with a very fast metabolism has been fasting for 12 hours. The phlevotomist was surprisingly gentle with poking and then drawing three viles of blood. I was impressed.

Place is great and employees are super friendly and helpful. The lady behind the counter was top notch.

3/1321 Saturday morning. The front desk tore my order infront of me. Screaming that it does not have my name on it. So rude.. won't even give me her supervisor name esp her name. Watch out for this obese dye red haired midold age woman!

Screw Quest and the people running this location. They let people line up and wait for almost a hour just to tell them we are now appointment only. No signs out front no warning on the website. Just a casual up yours to the people sitting out front. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
