I love Closet Factory. They were wonderful every step of the way. Someone came to our home, took measurements, listened to our needs, showed us materials to choose from and put together the perfect design. The guys came on time did a tear down, patch and paint, and built everything in the matter of hours. I wanted to take pictures before we started to fill it but we got excited. I will use this company everytime.

I love my master bedroom closet organizer from the Closet Factory! Everything went smoothly from Day 1! Our consultant, Rachael Patullo, was prompt and knowledgeable in every aspect. She designed the perfect organizer for our space. The installation went quickly and the installers were very courteous and professional. When our drawers needed a little adjustment, I contacted Rachael and she sent someone out to correct the issue, no problem! I highly recommend Closet Factory for your next project!

This was by far the easiest part of my home remodel. I will recommend Rachel and the Closet Factory to all of my clients. My initial appointment with Rachel was incredibly productive. She designed my closet on the spot. Her proposal was submitted within days, and was very reasonable. She was very transparent about their long lead times but was able to improve the installation dates significantly. The installation was as described, and completed in 2 days with no punch list.
