I brought in a bag with Athleta pants and swimwear, Nine West shoes, Express jeans, and BCBG sandals. They took nothing from my bags and told me they were all juniors brands. It’s their loss for not looking more closely at the bags.
This is the second bad experience I’ve had here. The first time I genuinely didn’t know that it was just women’s brands and had brought in a dress from the juniors section at Kohls. The sales associates were incredibly rude and were making fun of the dress and joking about the size.
Don’t waste your time here. Sell on Poshmark.

I love this store! They have great brands & all of the items are in good quality and shape. Their inventory is constantly changing, so every time I go in it is fun!

This store is so much fun! It has the thrill of hunting for thrift-store-bargain-gold without having to sift through mountains of worn-out vacation destination t-shirts. They purchase new or like new brand name or designer clothing, and I have always found the prices to be very reasonable. The selection recently has not been quite as good as it was in the past, but it could just be my style preference too. I check in here any time I am in the area and I usually find at least one thing each time :)

They stole my stuff, that was about $3,400 in total, and gave me $74 for A HUGE amount of expensive items. They stole 20 suit dresses, and I had lots of new purses that they said were 'Old and so much wear..'.

I've sold my clothes here a handful of times. The items they buy and the items they pass on are always shocking. They pass on high end brand names that are VERY gently used - they only care if the label is within the last year. They have a book of labels that they compare your labels to and will not take something if the label is over a year old. You may notice, brands do change their labels slightly year over year. But, classics are classics - and the people who work there clearly don't know anything about fashion. It seems they buy more clothes from Loft, Old Navy, Gap, The Limited, etc. over department store brands. Also, plan on spending a couple of hours there when you sell clothes, it takes awhile for them to go through everything. And the customer service isn't great. Every time I've been there the sales women working were more worried about ordering their takeout lunch than helping customers.
