Rainbow Shops

This store doesn’t even deserve the one star I had to give it. It’s not necessarily the store, it’s the lack of customer service. The women at this establishment are completely rude and too busy gossiping to even help customers. I asked a question and instead of the employee trying to come help me find my item, she stood in the exact same stop and continued to point and yell. When I wanted the shoe on display, she seemed to get frustrated with me (would’ve grabbed it myself if I could reach), she asked me if I would even fit it which was rude then she handed me a different shoe to make sure I’d fit it. After she threw the shoe on the floor, I tried it on like she wanted to show her the shoe I actually wanted would fit me. Then I waited another 10 minutes to check out. As I read the other reviews, I can tell you guys should really consider new management and fix some attitudes. Honestly, if you hate your job then quit.

Alot of people complain about the Customer service; I can honestly say they have gotten better it's less talking at the register and faster check outs and more attention to the dressing rooms too, they seem to be balancing their work load and the Customers needs better than before..... I Love the prices and the plus sized selection also

Horrible customer service they don't even deserve a star!!! They don't even greet you when you walk in the store they just look at you.Was There a Couple Weeks Ago I guess the big fat ass clerk got a attitude cus I asked her to open the dressing room door and she had to move her fat ass feet. If you're miserable then quit. It's no excuse.

Love the clothing but it's always so crowded in there that it's hard to look through things because there's not enough space. Also the woman who supposedly the manager should be fired because every time I come in and she's rude she has an attitude and when I asked to use the fitting room every time I'm told that the fitting rooms are closed for the day. How are there for employees working and the dressing room is closed? So they are always losing out on sales because I can never try things on.
