Cloud 9 Foot Spa

I’ve been going to massage remedy for about a year now, cloud 9 recently Bought them and I honestly haven’t been happy with the conversion. I’m giving a 1 star for cloud 9 but a 5 star for the masseuse. I got a massage yesterday and my massage was amazing. The lady at the front desk told me I could tip nothing less than $5 and I tipped but I don’t like being told what to tip I think that’s rude and unprofessional. Other than that I truly enjoy this place but I’m not sure I will return unfortunately.

Wonderful! Cloud 9 is aptly named. I had a gift card for a one-hour "foot massage." It turned out to be foot massage plus some head and neck work, front and back, and a little on arms and hands. And the foot massage hit a lot of pressure points that really needed it. It was lovely. Terry was terrific. Much appreciated!

Been going here for years! Overall, the experience has been a positive one. Nothing's perfect in life,.so sometimes, there might be a small snag, like a massage that didn't mesh well, or front desk people who don't belong in that role.. but management is always gracious and truly listens and cares about feedback, and I've witnessed Angela make things right consistently when needed! Pricing is reasonable -- I always get a package deal.. more vang for your buck! The place is always clean and serene.

Very satisfied with my experience here! My masseuse Ella is amazing. She released all the muscle knots in my upper back, did a lot of assisted streching for me, and I feel like a new person getting off the massage bed.

My massage was not good. She didn’t even focus on the areas I asked for. When I asked her to massage a certain area, she said I need to book 1 hour. They were nice and gave me a tiny discount. I will go back and ask for a different massage therapist.

I booked a 2 hour deep tissue massage. Upon arrival I was asked to tip and pay for my services before being completed. I was outraged! The Margret the little girl in the front was very rude and spoke in a condescending manner as she stated you people never want to tip. Racist establishment!!!!! I’ll take my money elsewhere. It’s sad to say we are still experiencing this type of treatment as people!

My aunt and I went, best massage. They asked what we wanted to focus on and leave alone, how hard or soft. Very well done.

Andy was so in sync with my body. No one asked me about my areas to work on or use a body point chart. But he didn't need one. He worked my body over. I will definitely be back. My daughter referred me.

I enjoyed several great massages here and unfortunately, had one terrible one. Management has great customer service and is willing to make good on the terrible one. They take your feedback seriously and if you have any, please let them know so they can make it right. Thanks, Cloud 9. Will be back!

I had an hour foot massage with Ling and even I told here I prefer more pressure I didn’t feel anything!!!! She also didn’t even touch my toes !??!what kind of foot massage it would be if you do don’t touch clients toes?!
