I enjoyed my session with LMT Thomas as he was very professional and communicated his plan of action in order to address my specific needs. It showed that he was very knowledgeable about the body and how to provide therapeutic relief. The Facility is nice and clean. Very thoughtful when it comes to small things such as towels, breath mints, and information about other healing techniques. Lastly there are beautiful smiling faces. Thank you for the experience as I will be coming back.
The absolute best therapeutic massages. Ady has worked on my neck and back over the past several years helping decrease pain significantly. Recently she did a lymphatic massage post-surgery and a massage for TMJ. The improvement after both these massages was dramatic. Ady is the best massage therapist I have ever been to for helping figure out what is going on with your body and resolving problems.
I definitely recommend. Kavana. It is the best hour of self care. I have only visited once. However I certainly plan to return.

I have been seeing Ady at Kavana Spa for several years. She is the best massage therapist that I have worked with. I have recommended her to many friends and colleagues. Our sessions range from addressing muscle relaxation and stress to acute and chronic injuries. I am always thoroughly impressed by her skill. The environment at the spa is warm and relaxing. The other staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
Recently had a great deep tissue massage from Stacy. The room and table were comfortable. Stacy asked questions about what areas of my body were "talking to me". She worked on shoulders , lower back and did some Thai massage type leg stretches. A day or so later, the occasional pain in my lower back went away. I was very happy with her work and attention to detail. Highly recommended! Went back today, 6/16/20 for some more body work and I was not disappointed:- The cover-19protocols were in place, and I felt very comfortable with the process and my deep tissue massage was needed. Stacey does GREAT WORK!
