Where do I begin this place is GARBAGE. There were stains everywhere you can think of!! When we got there someone else’s clothes were in the drawers like does nobody clean this place??? I did not pay all this money so that NOBODY from another hotel could stay in this room. Oh yeah and the rooms were infested with Sooo many kinds of bugs let me tell you filthy!!! I got locked In my room and a friend staying there had to kick my door to get us out. There was mold in the shower. This place does not deserve even one star. If you want to be able to sit without getting a disease and shower I would not suggest this place.

Cloud 9 was absolutely so beautiful !!! The room I was in had the smell of curry which I loved. The towels had yellow stains on them and there was no soap to be found... none. The woman that worked there was so nice she bargged into my room and yelled at my family to get out when they were helping me un pack. There were ants all over the place, in the toilet, coming out the shower, and sink. I recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t care about getting bed bug bites and lice. Plus there was no water in the pool.

well. we had booked a room with 2 double beds and were told that if we wanted a 5th person in the room they would have to pay an extra $100 added on to the money we already payed, plus the $100 security deposit. the first room we were given smelled so strongly of cigarettes we asked to switch, but the next room smelled of urine so we stuck with the cigarette scent for the weekend. the security was so ridiculous that you could be kicked out of your room without a refund if you had ANYONE on the property without a wrist band. the floor of our room was soaking wet the whole weekend so we could not walk around the room without shoes, the beds were hard and dirty, our tv was from the 70s, and the ac barely worked and blew out a musty smell. i would say the only good thing about this hotel is that it is a short walk from the boardwalk. other than that i would strongly suggest you stay somewhere else.

If I could put a negative star on this hotel I would. The second I arrived to the area the owners tried to kick me out before I even checked in. The smell of curry had taken over my sense of smell before I even entered a room. Upon entering the room I had found not 1 not 2 not 3 but FOUR large bugs in the bathroom. Let’s start in the bathroom and work out way around the room. Let’s start at the bathroom, there was not ONE clean towel on the place. They had a yellow tint and OH can’t forget the smell of curry. Then the shower, it was yellow there was mold on the shower head. The toilet was opened and there were ants in it. I can go on and on about how disgusting that bathroom was. Everytime the toilet was flushed 7 inches of water were on the floor, keep in mind the pool wasn’t filled. It was in my room. Then the area with the sink? I don’t even know what to call it. It was DISGUSTING the water smelt weird, I thought I was going to get an infectious disease just because I had to brush my teeth. Then the area where the beds are, I can’t express to you how hard those beds were. I have scoliosis in every way shape and form. There was no box spring but yet something better, a LARGE metal box that had pointy edges. Everytime I got off the bed I sliced my ankle open. The blankets were disgusting there were stains on the bed, they smelt weird. Every room in that hotel had looked straight out of a horror movie. Along with the curry taking over your nostrils you also had the smell of weed follow you around the entire stay. Now the little things that happened, first off there was no maid which, when there are 5 girls in a room you need more than 3 towels. Secondly, the door had to get readjusted into the door frame because it broke and we were locked in until a friend came to kick the door in so we could get out. Third the security was rude no outside people were aloud in the rooms, which if I am paying for that room people should be allowed. The threats of people getting arrested or the threat to get kicked out of their room is absurd. Here I am two days later, sicker than ever, I probably contracted so many diseases from this hotel. This is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in my entire life, burn the place down.

Disgusting. The door would not open from the inside. We were caged in like animals. We had to call our friends to come kick in the door since it was stuck. The tv didn’t even turn on, and someone’s clothes were left over in our drawers. The bathroom towels were stained red and yellow and were nasty. The bathroom itself was nasty, the door would barely open or close. The shower curtain was greasy and stained, and the ceiling tiles were falling out. I watched an ant crawl up the wall and into the ceiling. It was right next to club karma which was sadly shut down. It is a close walk to the board walk and beach which was the only good part. If you want to live with ants and greasy floors stay here.
