Amazing place! Initially I started coming here just to supplement my weight lifting regiment but now it's something that I have to do every week with my wife. It's helped me with getting stronger and more flexible overall. Unfortunately, some years ago I sustained an injury working in law enforcement and hindered my flexibility on my left leg. With Pilates that's changed dramatically. I'm more flexible than ever and my core strength has increased exponentially. I definitely want to give a shout-out to the staff... From Deidra front desk welcoming everyone with a big smile to every other member representative being so nice, pleasant and helpful. Thank you girls. The trainers are amazing!! Rachel, Deb and Robin and now Jordan... You girls rock . They all have they're own unique style and lovely personalities. Great combination of styles for sure. I highly recommend each one of them if you're looking for a challenge. Lastly the members are very welcoming and provide a great atmosphere. Thank you all
Love this studio. The classes are engaging and challenging, and the instructors make sure you use every part of your body every time. The variety is incredible too--each class is different, so you and your body never get bored or complacent. Highly recommend!
Loved it! The studio is very organized, clean and easy to use and access. I went for an introductory class today and my instructor was awesome! I am now a huge fan of Pilates!
This studio has great teachers but their front desk staff and management of accounts is disappointing. My grandfather was dying in Florida and I had to leave to assist my family. I spoke to the front desk associate and asked to freeze my membership for 3 months. This was a month ago in January. My grandfather passed away February 10th and the studio just charged me $299 for my dues today February 21st. They refuse to refund me and Analynn sent me a very sarcastic email saying she sent me emails etc. When someone is dying and you call to freeze something that is understood. I was so busy with dealing with my grandfathers death I wasn’t checking non-priority emails. I hope this studio can learn to have compassion for their members and not be so greedy! Don’t go here and find a local studio with compassion and kindness.
Started with the intro class and then was able to sign up for the classes I purchased once I was signed up with login accessright away. I have been about 40 times so far and am using the unlimited membership. It’s a bit pricey vs CrossFit type models but going all the time has been great. Instructors are helpful, pay attention to individual needs and it’s always easy to park. I am enjoying it so far and am making the most of my membership.
I am new to Pilates and wanted to try it. The Free class is 30 minutes, instructor very nice. The pricing structure concerned me so I decided to try a few classes to see if I loved it. I have the schedule ---- A 4:00 Level 1 Flow.class. I tried calling all day--No answer to make sure I could drop in..Its on the schedule so I left my house early and drove over...No one ever showed up...Im so glad I didnt sign up for the unlimited $229/month classes. Not a good start..
Amazingly talented and friendly staff. Super clean facility with all of the amenities you would ever need. Following COVID guidelines to a "T". I had never tried Pilates before and I cant believe how much I love it. Signed up for an unlimited package on day 1!
Club Pilates just opened in Lowry and is super close to my house so I decided to give them a try. I signed up for the 30 min intro class because I have never done pilates in a class setting and wanted to try it out. The place is super easy to find and has 12 reformers/spaces. Upon entering, I was greeted warmly and the front desk checked me in. There are cubbies to the right to hold your stuff and a large water filtration system to fill your water bottle. The teacher introduced herself and was able to pay attention to all 6 of us to ensure we had the correct posture. Yes, pilates is super low impact on your joints but it sure has a large impact on your muscle tone. Yesterday, I was trying to figure out why my abs were so tight and had to remind myself that it was most likely pilates since I didn't do abs in Crossfit. The only thing I wasn't super stoked about was the pricing. A montly package of taking 4 classes/month was over $100. Yes, it is a deal instead of buying drop-in classes but I think the price was super steep.
Instructors awesome! Employees where super friendly. Company is apparently desperate. I froze my membership due to back problems, went to cancel and was told 2 separate things.. “you can’t cancel from a freeze, but do to injury we might be able to do something”, then got a phone call days later saying I can’t cancel because it wasn’t 30 days out.. I leave for vacation shortly after that, out of the country, emailed them that the card on file was compromised over the holidays and I will need to handle this once I’m back.. no response, just consecutive days of emails of the card being declined while on vacation emailed a few times restating the card has been closed. Only to come home and see that they managed to get my new card # and run it successfully. I will be reaching out to my CC but I’m absolutely appalled. Never again with chain companies.
Club Pilates Lowry is Awesome! Instructors very knowledgeable, pricing extremely affordable, location convenient, staff friendly and always willing to help. Pilates on a reformer is the only way to go
