I had a machining order I wanted estimates on, so I called the shop. I emailed the information as requested, then was repeatedly told to call the salesman, Nick. I called several times over 10 days, and never got a return call. He emailed me at least 3 times telling me to call at different numbers, but never returned my call. I even left a message for the main receptionist that he never returned. I would love to keep my money local, but I can't see depending on them for orders when they can't even return calls for a quote.
