Industrial Machine & Welding

This is a place where both welders and machinists go to die. The shop is just down right dirty, nasty, and unorganized. Machines are crammed into a tiny space, leaving very little room. Oil-dry litters the floors. Machines both unused and broken, cover the walls, nooks, and crannies. The employees are the grimiest of the grimiest. Almost everyone of them has been to the penitentiary. There are at least two employees that go to the methadone clinic every morning (which means they're high like they've taken heroin), with their supervisor sometimes giving them rides or money so they can get their dose. One of those people is actually the person who programs all the machines, and sets up the machines to produce parts. (While high!) There are drug deals that happen in the shop. Everyday somebody is smoking pot in the back while on the clock. The supervisor is a joke, who actually listens to, and takes advice from the druggy programmer, who is high all the time. There are a select few people who are actually good people, with a good quality of life, that do good work, but very few. For those, I'm sorry you have to work in that dump. This is not a place you want to have work done, especially quality work done. Ron Turner (the owner) is actually good man, if he would weed out the trash in that shop, he would have a good one. But untill he stops listening to druggies, and supervisors who are running that shop into the ground, nobody should get work done here. It is a DEAD END shop.
