This is the WORST transportation experience I have ever had...made even worse by the fact that it's my children they are servicing. They are rude, unhelpful, and try to place blame everywhere but on themselves. They are obviously under the impression that because this is not a direct fee for service business that they can do what they want. Since part of my taxes pay their salary I think management of this department should be put up for public election. Maybe if they had oversight and were held accountable for their actions by someone who depended on re-election for continued employment, they would run the office as a service operation...instead of a "take it or leave it but we don't care either way" type of deal. This year has been unnecessarily stressful dealing with their changing schedules, changing routes, 30 minute pick up windows (that still aren't adhered to), unreliable apps, rude drivers, unsafe stops, and overall unwillingness to help. How can you make changes to a route and tell the parents in hindsight, "we are not obligated to give you any information on changes"? These are our children...and while YOU may not care, us parents are very invested. One of the major reasons my children will not be in CMS in the upcoming year is this department. They deserve no stars but you have to give one to leave a comment. While not all parents can afford to pull their kids from this school district or transportation system, I hope that enough of us can band together to implement major changes in the way things are currently being ran.

They are rude and when they mess up they just blame it on someone else . im fed up with this company. My kids were assign a bus a week ago and the bus still has yet to make it to the correct bus stop that they gave my kids than catch a additude with me because they cant do there job right and because i wont make my kids stand outside over an hour in and pourin rain . no thank sorry i dont want sick kids. They are terrible avoid at all cost trist me

They never know anything. Been on hold for 30 plus mins. Kids been 2 hrs late for school. I've been having problems since the beginning of the year. CMS transportation is straight garbage. 🤢🤢🤢🤢

Once I had to go on 5 different buses because they all broke down or ran out of gas. Please refill your buses! The rest of my time using this bus system was good. 3 stars.

They never know anything and my grandchildren were stuck on the bus until after 6 pm and the tracking system wasn’t a accurate tracking and when you call the bus company the recording states they are only open 6 pm and then the recording hangs up. What happens when you can’t get through to anyone and the school is already closed, They don’t want the kids on their cell phones but yet some drivers are on their phones laughing and talking and can cause an accident.
