Let me tell you about the out of this world experience I had with Nesha. She is amazing I was apprehensive about shopping in store cause I always buy online. I also had a not so great experience in the outlet. Nesha blew me away. So professional and knowledgeable. I almost got the same bag I normally get but she persuaded me to step out the box . She also customized it so it’s tailored just for me and wrote my name on the hang tag. Thank you sooo much Coach is luck to have you. Also everyone is so nice in the store. I also met Michelle.
I went on Wednesday Sept 8 around noon. I had seen a couch handbag online and I was curious to go see it there in person. The young, Asian man I hope I'm spelling his name correctly, Howard. He was very friendly, made me feel welcoming. He was more than happy to show me the handbag. He was very professional and friendly without being pushy for sales. I bought the handbag from him. I'm a longtime Couch customer and they're always so professional and happy to help me at The Galleria and Memorial location. Their outlets and customer service support are always happy to help me too. Their handbags are so luxurious, great quality at a reasonable price.
I recently had a Coach wallet stolen and was hopeful about being assisted at the Galleria location. The male employee at 2:35 PM on Wednesday 9-15 understandably suggested no pattern existed in current stock and referred me to an outlet. What was disappointing was he wasn’t willing to go beyond “passing the buck” and perhaps interesting me in alternative stock or making any effort in look up my established account to discover what I was looking for and making suggestions. From the lack of clients and the uninspiring catalog of products I’ve observed over the past year I can understand why I don’t and haven’t purchased from Coach and will most likely move my leather goods purchases to other brands
I purchased my very first clutch purse and was helped by Evon, she was professional, she knew her product, and was just an absolute pleasure. She celebrated my treat to myself by gift wrapping it and making sure I felt special. Thank you to Coach and Evon!
Last week I needed to exchange a belt and I had THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM NESHA Anesha at the Galleria Coach. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All the employees that I encountered were welcoming, very friendly and professional. I will definitely be back to shop and I highly recommend this location.
This place has a higher turnover rate than a flapjack festival! On average, people work here for about 2 months and quit because the store manager now area market manager and some of the leaders are terrible managers and pay their associates very low wages.
Great customer service by a nice lady my friend and I met by the name of Joann. She was very professional, patient, and so helpful. Our experience was excellent because she Joann went above and beyond
I’ve been a long time and loyal Coach customer. Tonight I’m very disappointed after I received a text message from my 25yr old daughter who visited the Houston Galleria location. She was upset and humiliated and chose to walk out rather than buy a purse from someone who was judging her ability to make a purchase based on her carrying a Coach Prairie Satchel from a previous year. Really Coach? How rude. She had to be the first to say “Hello” when she entered the store and didn’t get a response until she said it a second time. Instead of being made to feel welcomed she felt judged as she browsed the store. While looking at the new arrivals she was told that these were the expensive purses and that the purses she could afford were in the back. I’m very disappointed to hear about her experience in this store. She was in Houston for work and was ready to buy herself a new Coach purse to add to her collection. Instead she was eyed up and down and treated like a second class citizen assuming that my daughter didn’t have the means to afford a purse. Big mistake Coach Houston not only could she afford, but the people who also buy her Coach purses and accessories very much can afford to make those purchases as well. Perhaps I need to rethink the brand I give my loyalty to from now on. Obviously my influence on her was the reason she decided to shop Coach. I wish she knew the name of the associate that mistreated her.
