No matter who they employ, it is always a nightmare. You can't ever get anyone on the phone unless you try multiple times. Every appointment gets rescheduled, usually last minute, or they tell you the wrong time. They've lost my patient file twice. They lost my insurance information at least once. Then when I was getting notices in the mail that I owed for services I had already paid for, they asked me to email over a copy of the receipt. I did that. I continued to get notices so I called again. I was told to ignore them. Now I received a debt collection notice! And the patience assistance line goes to a voicemail box that is full. Do not go here!
Don’t waste your time, go literally anywhere else. I scheduled one appointment for January, then when I came in they did not have me on the schedule, so I scheduled again. This time, I called ahead to confirm that I was on the schedule, got sent to some call center, but hey whatever, they confirmed my appointment. I called again a week later just because I wanted to talk to the receptionist and get confirmation, and received it. The day of the appointment comes around and I called AGAIN to confirm. Got sent to a call center, but hey, I was in the system. I then go to the office and wouldn’t you know it? No record for my appointment. I have no idea what’s going on over there, but clearly neither do they.
The Dr. and Team went over and above to resolve my dental issue. Thanks for your wonderful service and chair side manner. I would definitely recommend coast dental to all my family & friends.
First time I’ve EVER given Coast Dental Buckhead anything other than 1 star. The new dental hygienist on staff made it a great experience. The front office customer service has also been replaced! Hope it continues.
I’ve been going to this clinic for a long time due to being close to my apartment but the receptionist is very rude. First of all, I called and staff didn’t even ask for my name even I keep telling her I have a file there and would like to get the same service. Even getting the dates to schedule she’s not willing to help. You can hear background staff chatting and laughing, so what happen probably is they are having siesta at work and that receptionist who answered my call is not paying attention. I will definitely look for a better clinic.
They’ve kept rescheduling my boyfriend’s cleaning appointment for the past 7 months. He’s been rescheduled 8 times. They are so unprofessional. They didn’t even recommend he reschedule; they told him to go check somewhere else. I do not recommend this place. You’re better off finding another provider.
Dr.Quinn was personal and ķnows his job very well. The staff was pleasant and looking forward to going back for treatment. This is from a person fearful of the dentist.
I hope you hire better employees, that do not do a bait and switch with patients, and then that same person, the desk manager gets fired. All the while the patient me is stuck with a bill, when I was told I was paid in full! Then nobody has any idea where those quotes that she and I discussed were. Just the one before she said she applied a dental plan! The dentist quits, and I tell the company I no longer want to do business with them! I am owed over $1100 for services not rendered! The District Manger never even called me, after they were told what was going on! The only apology I received was from the dentist! I have called corporate for the last 3 months! No response from anyone, and still receive bills for money that I am owed! Beware! They do not care. I went in for one extraction, and the front desk manager, who no longer works there, told me that I had to have that procedure. Told me a lesser amount that day, that I paid in FULL. Came back in, when she no longer worked there and was told I owed an additional 700.00!
I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance with this company. I explained that I did not need a first patient exam as I already had one weeks ago and could bring that information in to the visit. The scheduler stated that was okay and scheduled my appointment. The day of the appointment, a woman whom was the the same one that helped me to schedule weeks in advance, advised my appointment would need to be cancelled and that I could come in that morning instead. I asked to speak with someone that was in the office above her and she advised that there was no one in the office. I can not do business with company’s that do not respect their client’s time. I found another company that fit me in the same day.
People were friendly and helpful. The dentist is very friendly. Gave me what I wanted.
