The counselors are compassionate and extremely good at what they do. I can't recommend Coastal enough.

One star is absalutely to much to give this place, horrible experience with them, took them for ever to complete an evaluation, I called to speak to a supervisor twice no phone calls were returned, wish I would have done my homework before entrusting these ppl. UPDATE: took my evalution package they sent me to another Treatment center and had them read and score it, They came up with something completely different all the way around.. These ppl. are crooks !!!

this place is absolutely pitiful. do not go here. i repeat do not go here for any services at all…(read on) i attended an alcohol information school here about a YEAR ago and was needing to have my info that says i completed the class sent over to the DOL so i gave them a call. because they never sent it the first time. I speak to a woman by the name of Nikole Blue who is the office manager. She explains to me that they need a $35 fee to locate my file and asks what date the class was on. i do not remember or have that info thats why i am contacting them in the first place...as a professional business wouldn’t you know that information? i paid you got a service not the other way around. strike one. she explains to me that their electronic database had crashed…um what? so you are keeping huge bulk files sorted by the class date not even by name of your clients in your office. what kind of screwed up filing process is that? she then goes on to tell me i would have to wait 7-10 business days for her to dig through some files for me. i could pay $35 to a monkey and have them take care of this quicker. these people are unorganized unreliable and ridiculous. i HIGHLY urge you to go elsewhere and spend money with people that will treat you well. not some place that only gets your money and then thats it. thats not where the customer service ends after you get your money for a service. learn how to effectively run a business.

I went in because of a DUI and I was treated like a a drug crazed addict. I completed treatment successfully but hated the entire process. I had one great counselor that was terminated (and they won't say why). I felt interrogated the whole time. They have hidden agendas and try to make you think that you're permanently diseased. I was urine tested almost every week when I only had a minamum of once a month. They just want you to stay in the program for as long as possible. They want your money. Try somewhere else if you need treatment.
