Therapeutic Health Services - Eastside Branch

This is supposed to be a place 2 help u. With your life. And yet it doesn't feel like that a lot of times. When your making all the right moves in your life headed in the right direction you would expect to see some type of support. As the name is theraputic health services. I feel like I get next to none. I've never been to a place where the staff where allowed to be so unprofessional rude. And unhelpful. That isn't to say every single person who works for ths is like this.... but about 80% of the employees.

Very unprofessional lying, not carring, disrespectful staff at the dispensary desk except one guy that has a beard. The doctor is actually very cool guy.....Seems like those people (at the dispensary desk) think and really believe that somehow we are below them just because we have an addiction...... Ohh and on top of that they have a parking lot Nazi it feels like if she had a gun she would shoot you for parking on the wrong parking spot at 5:50 in the morning when Its raining so hard that you cannot see 5 in ahead of yourself and there is no one around and God forbid if you light up a cigarette 2 1/2 inches away from a smoking area then she will definitely go get a gun and shoot you next time you come......

Staff are two faced , they bend the rules, then punish you for to the point of taking away your doses. They should not be able to change the rules at thier discretion. Your doses are prescribed by the DR because we need them, so to take away are weekend caries we also loose the haliday Carry, Wich makes us go two days without are prescibed Medication. This should be Illegal to do , this forces us to self medicate, Wich is the purpose of the treatment to begin with.

The staff here are despicable individuals. Some rarely show up on time. Others refuse to do their job. Others are so blatantly disrespectful it's amazing they are allowed to remain employed. These places are truly incredible. There's no where else you can provide such terrible service and stay in business. These places are nothing but a money grab and nothing else.

Great amazing staff...except one of the ladies in the front office. .she's kind of rude at times..besides that though, so far so good. 👍 😋👍
