If I could give you 0 stars I would. Our company went out of business due to their lack of honesty and follow through on a premium increase. Sending an email does not imply consent. They lied and continue to lie about what happened. Increasing rates without proper signature approval and not willing to make things right. Also saying one thing on the phone then changing things and not willing to admit fault. As for a business... When you mess up you make it right, and they are not willing to even try. We are hoping they will do the right thing but this has been going on since February and we will need to seek legal action if nothing is resolved. Cancelling the policy took weeks which then increased the total even more. Absolutely outraged and do not want anyone else to go through what our family went did.

My experience with the Cobble Insurance Agency has been extremely disappointing. Communication was slow, information presented was often late and inaccurate at times. They never seemed like they really cared whether or not they had our business and their attitude in addressing our concerns reflected that seeming lack of care. They displayed a distinct unwillingness to own up to a major error on their part. Those traits ended up causing our small, start-up, business to have to shut the doors. As of this writing, we still face a significant financial burden because this agency refuses to acknowledge an error on their part that could be cleared up immediately if they were willing to make a simple phone call. In good conscience, I could never recommend this agency to anyone and give them the lowest rating possible!

This agency was a referral from a trusted friend and colleague in the Insurance Industry. From the beginning there was a lack of communication, and now there is a dispute over when a policy is cancelled. Not to mention that they increased our premiums with 0 signatures from the owner of our business - to nearly 4 times the monthly premium. This not only was unacceptable, but it put us out of business. I would highly discourage ANYONE from using this insurance agency - they can't be trusted and they lack basic Accurate communication skills. Find someone else.....Anyone else besides Cobble Insurance Agency.

This is the best insurance company I have ever come across. I own a business that I'm constantly having to send over certificates of insurance, they always make sure it gets done and always get it done right away which is imperative in my line of work. Thank you Brittany and Cade for helping me and my business succeed!
