Cock o' the Walk Bar & Grill

Really enjoyed coming here when I lived in OKC, but this week on leave I was not allowed in with my service dog. I guess the staff isn't up to date on the Americans with Disabilities Act, because denying service to a dog with vest and papers simply isn't legal. Never had problems anywhere else, just thought it was worth commenting about.

One of the coolest little bars off of western and 36th. I've been coming here for years. The bartenders are amazing and the cook always makes the best food. I love that they turn on NHL for me when season comes around!

The bartender made the worst attempt at a margarita I've ever seen. I asked for no salt on the glass, got salt anyway. She poured some premixed wal mart margarita mix, splash of tequila, and ice. Didn't shake or stir, and overfilled the glass so that it spilled when I tried to stir it myself. That's what 10 dollars buys you here.

Like this this bar it's a fun place lives up to its namebeen in business a very long time, so that should tell you

Bar staff are always friendly and on top of their game, always enjoy the free pool on Mondays as well as bingo @8pm Tuesday evenings. Plenty of TVS mounted around the bar to catch whatever sporting event you're trying watch if you don't see what you are wanting to watch ask the staff they'll get you taken care of.

3rd visit here. But awesome! The bartenders are very attentive, checking on new people, making sure your drink is ok. 5 stars definitely

They do not accept service dogs. I oftentimes travel with my handicap partner in a wheelchair, And they never question the service dog even if ge is not vested. But if I'm alone and walking with the service dog, and i am his handler and the dog is completely vested with an official "I'm a service dog" vest and medical seal, it's hard to not feel discriminated against. Just because I'm not in a wheelchair doesn't mean I can't have a service dog for other reasons, whether it be emotional needs or even training a service dog.

Maybe the best dive bar in this dimension? I dunno. It's a large planet. Definitely a great place. They pour serious drinks. Food is on point. Always strike up great conversations with random strangers. End up singing loudly to the jukebox. It's great.

Cheap beer but you can smoke inside. Not a fan so we left. But it's a cool, small dive bar.

It's still feels the same as was in the mid 90s. I love it that kept the same local dive bar I love.
