I had a great experience with my eye exam today. The optometrist was amazing. She explained everything very well and helped me get my prescription right. I recently had a horrible experience at another optical store so I came here instead. I'm really glad I did.
The customer service here was amazing, Tony helped check me in for my appointment and was very helpful and answered all my questions. I also ended up purchasing some new glasses from Tony who was very kind and attentive of me. I will definitely be coming back and already recommended this place to my friends.
Dr. Whittam is just the kind of doctor that makes you feel comfortable. This was my first visit and from the reception I got walking in to the time I left was awesome. Dr. Whittam is patient, attentive and explained and addressed all my concerns. I highly recommend them. Thanks for a great experience!
