Cokato Charitable Trust - Cokato Manor

I had heard stories that the lady in charge of the fingerprint station had been very rude to others. Being as it is the closest location to me, I still went. No doubt hands down one of the rudest people I have come across! Constantly interrupting, impatient, no kind greeting or greeting at all and lack of communication. For future I hope they find someone better. I would recommend for now to find a different location to have you fingerprints done.

Two years ago, I got fingerprinted for my nursing program through the digital system they have at Cokato Manor. The woman there was rude, but the scans went through, so whatever. Have to have a different background check for the BON, called to ask if they were able to do it again. I don't know if it's the same person who begrudgingly helped me last time. Over the phone, the woman this time is very terse and comes off as pretty rude. Either I'm reading her wrong, or she thinks that everyone around her is a moron, and it's everyone's sole purpose in life to bother her and interrupt her day. Hopefully, the care the facility provides to people isn't reflected in this seemingly rude "attendant." I'm sorry to have bothered her, but I won't be doing so again. Nor calling to ask questions for clarification so I don't waste her time by stopping in, or my time by driving 20 minutes further west.

OH MY GOD! I thought I was the only one that thought that lady was straight up rude! Never had I met someone so insolent that works on a daily basis with people! I have not gone there in over a year, but I will never forget this lady because of her venomous character. I am going over in a couple of days and I am ready to be treated with not respect. I am also afraid to confront this lady, as she has power with my information in her hands, and just by interacting with her for a few minutes shows the kind of person she can be. She acts as if we are bothering her and disturbing her life. Like, okay? That is her job!

The fingerprint lady was the rudest person I've ever met. I was warned and I was so surprised by how rude someone could be.
