Two or if we are lucky we get an extra person. Employees are overworked when it gets busy which its often you must not have something to do in order to have patience and meeting people. Nice/Rude and friendly dogs. You will be on line for a while due to short of staff.people like me come in and buy 24orders of $15.00 and 6 of $20.00. That takes a lot of time consuming for anyone involved I understand the melters. They dont talk and just work no time for a breather
This is absolutely the worst USPS location you could possibly go to. The women always working there on the left side is so rude and tries to tell me I have the wrong envelope every time and tries to make me buy one even though other USPS locations take the same exact envelope no problem. I explained this to her as she started shouting at me and refusing to take my packages or scan them. This is absolutely ridiculous and something needs to be done about this. I’m tired of having to go to a different USPS location out of my way just to avoid these interactions with her. On several occasions she has yelled and shouted at me. Literally don’t go here!!
Tiny location but doing the best they can. In my 11 years living in NYC, I had by far the best experience there yesterday. The clerk was incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. Sweet older gentleman that worked through the rush of people with swiftness and grace. Happy to have this little location around the corner from me.
Mailed a letter for me at 1/10th the price and 2 days faster than FedEx!! So friendly and helpful. Love you USPS
They're woefully understaffed. A lot of the time consumption is manual input of names and addresses, as a lineup of 8-15 people accumulates. Coming mid-afternoon during the week is sadly always a wait. I hope they can hire more workers so its easier for everyone? That or hop to 14th St.
Love the workers: faithful during very trying circumstances. You will receive, in return, the grace and politeness that you give.
Small post office but the employees are always kind and are working as diligently as possible. I have never had any issues.
Everytime I come here, I always love the people here! They are friendly, talkative and knows what they are doing! The lines are sometimes very long and hectic but overall, there service is amazing! One time, I had to step out in order to fill out something I forgot to add into the package. When I was done, I thought I had to get back into the back of the line and there was a very long line already but they allowed me to skip everyone! Love it here so much!! Every time I come here, I always coincidentally end up with Ms. Smith and she's the nicest lady ever!! Always so friendly and strikes up conversation!
post office is so great. They literally go out of their way to help people. Everyone here should be given a raise!! People need to understand RESPECT IS EARNED. these are government employees here to service you, but you can't come at them wreckless. It is a crime to even intimidate government personnel.
NEVER AGAIN. Worst experience. Package was supposed to arrive with UPS on Thursday by end of day, then delayed to friday by end of day... But actually it was not UPS by USPS that was delivering and they didn't leave the package in the lobby of the building because they wrote "there was no secure place to leave it".... ALL PACKAGES ARE LEFT IN THE LOBBY !!! Why not this one ?! So I had to tell them to keep it so we can come pick it up... Well don't even think about it next time... Package was not available until the next day: Saturday and Sunday USPS is closed ! not like UPS... When I went on Monday to pick it up: close! Veterans day. OK so I went on Tuesday: only 3 people in line and it took me 2h to get the package !!!! TWO HOURS ! People who work there are incompetent and useles, slow and rude to customers. USPS is just the worst delivery service on the planet. Oh and just so you know: it was a birthday gift... The birthday was on Friday night. Awesome.
