Cold Stone Creamery

Went to Cold Stone Creamery for the very first time in Dover, DE. Saturday, May 5, 2018 8:15 pm. It appeared to be only two people to be working g the line of people....after about 20 minutes 3 more people showed up from the back. We knew one of the ladies was washing dishes. But come on!!! Then while standing there the music that was playing was obscene and vulger with f bombs, the b word...etc...etc...this was an awful experience for me for a first time. At this rate I do not know if I can recommend your establishment in the future. And I will be contacting the home office/corporate.

Ugh they were out of TP in the bathroom, and when I let the staff know, the rude woman said "I know" and walked off. The owner is a disgusting old man who pays for good reviews here. Save your money, go anywhere else.

Cold Stone's ice cream is outstanding. The family enjoyed the night out for dinner, ice cream and a movie. Thank you.

Why would you substitute mix ins and not tell the customer? I order what I like for a reason. Disappointing to get home and realize I didnt get what I paid for..... only to find out later they were out of certain things so I guess its ok to just go crazy and put whatever they want in it.
