Love the ice cream and desserts here! I personally spend about $20-$30 per visit getting my family I've cream and treats to take home! The have homemade ice cream, waffle cones, milkshakes, cakes, cupcakes, ice cream cake, truffles, candy apples, cookies and brownies and smoothies! They even have dog bones to take alone for your pet! Best place in Chattanooga to get ice cream hands down!

Just finished a fabulous day at the aquarium and Puckett's, which were both fantastic, and wanted to cap off the afternoon with ice cream. Don't do it here! With ten guests in front of us we expected a wait, but not an hour. Five employees that we could see and one of those didn't leave the register. Granted she did have a brace on her knee, but when asked to do something by another employee, her response was, "They don't pay me enough to do that." The employee who seemed to be in charge opened a sleeve of Oreos with her mouth. I won't be back.

They always have good coupons in the newspaper. Once you have some, you'll never think of ice cream the same again. And they always have "skinny" flavors with no added sugar. The addition of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is a great plus.

The place was jamming when I visited, but its expected since it was the Sunday before Memorial day. Despite that the line moved pretty quickly and everyone stayed in good spirits. There are a lot of reviews complaining about the wait, but in a prime tourist location such as this it seems reasonable.

Good service. Seating area could be larger. It seemed small inside, so we sat outside. Courteous employees and many flavors to chose from. Parking is not free, you have to find a parking place and pay $.25 per 15 minutes.
