I dove 15 min so I can get my favorite ice-cream, but the store was closed at 2:30pm on Wednesday, a lot of people were confused as the employees were inside but no communication or signs explaining what’s happening. Waste of time

We are visitng from out of state, ordered a gotta have it! 2 flavors side by side, the server had no idea how to get the 2 flavors as requested so he just threw in the cup 2 flavors on top of each other and topped it with 1 topping of sugar cone pieces. Dissapointed with service at this branch.

Good service; other than a mixup with a cup instead of cone, they served the right ice cream. Recommended: cheesecake and cookie dough.

Weird enough, for an ice cream store, the interior was a little warm/stuffy. I came in looking for a small "like it" sized ice cream on a waffle cone. They didn't have Snickers mix ins! Which was unfortunate. I got an Oreo mix in instead and I got the last waffle cone they had which they just made apparently so it was still nice and warm. The ice cream was fine but I was dissapointed in the lack of Snickers. Also, service was a little slow depsite there not being many people in the store.

Clueless staff, poor processes, and bad management. We preordered and prepaid for two ice cream cakes 7 days in advance. We went to pick it up and the staff couldn’t find the order, we waited for 45 minutes while they did it last minute only to be told they were sold out of one that we pre-ordered, having sold the last one earlier in the day. “We paid for ours last week, you sold the same cake again today”. Staff blamed the person that took the order and failed to take any sort of responsibility, not grasping that as a customer I don’t care if it was another employee, they are representatives of Coldstone and Coldstone failed. Staff continued arguing saying it was the other employees fault don’t care and that we would have to contact their manager.

Ordered an ice cream birthday cake online 8/2, scheduled to pick up 8/6. Came an hour later than scheduled time to pick up, the two staff had no idea. They went in to the back kitchen and came out to tell me they could not find it. Went in and check again, said the manager made the cake but did not decorate it. I ordered this cake for my wife’s birthday for the same date. Got the refund, but those staff did not give apology for their mistake. If you need a cake for important event, go somewhere else. They offered me to get a ready to go cake from the freezer but none of those cakes were appealing. I went to Toscanini in Cambridge instead, good service and nicer cakes to choose from.

All of the Cold Stones around me closed down during 2020, so I was delighted to find one still open! Excellent customer service and great quality product.

Went there on a Friday at 940. The doors were locked. They are supposed to be open until 10. They claimed they ran out of ice cream even though we can see a ton of it through the window. Excuse to get out of there early.

Came here for a sweet treat after moving back to America and the “sweet cream” flavor was just a perfect as I remembered it to be.

Delicious! Ordered the Oreo Overload and it was really fresh. The staff were able to accommodate my food allergies and made my ice cream in a safe container to eliminate cross contamination.
