Amazing. Pricey but not deadly. Got a small cup of the Apple Crisp Ice Cream and the small cup contained a really huge scoop. I got a large coffee with whole milk. The milk was good, the coffee not so much. It tasted like black licorice. I drank about a quarter of the coffee in the cup.

Ice cream was great. What I didn’t love was the guy who was scooping it throwing candy into his mouth with his other hand, then touching my cone without gloves.

Would have given this place a 5 star but the music is too loud! The service is great and fast. Icecream is amazinnnng.

Waited in line for 10 minutes only to be told that they couldn't make my frappe since they were going to close soon. It was a nice way of saying I'm lazy and I don't want to do my job. The girl serving me has horrible customer service skills.

Being in Boston does have its advantages. Having an ice cream shop as J.P. Licks does not give it justice calling it an ice cream shop. With the many eateries in this area, what better place to finish with desert in having more than an ice cream. Being 3000 miles away from home with this banana split made my trip more memorable.

First off, $18 for 2 kiddies & a small, really? Then to boot the angry no life experience millennial, ruined my experience with his horse #$%& attitude. I had a 3 &5 year old with me and they were excited and trying to ask questions. We were the only ones in the place. His attitude brought us down and showed no bedside manner, these are kids in an ice cream store; FAKE IT at least! Go get a new job! The ice cream was not even close to as good as Richardsons or Ben & Jerrys. ILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY LOCATIONS OF THIS POORLY MANAGED SPOT.

Small store and seating area but their ice cream is on point. If you are unsure of what to get, ask to taste a sample!

Amazing ice cream - possibly the best in Boston, with a variety of flavors that are unique and exciting. The dine in experience is spoiled slightly by the booming music from the speaker system, but otherwise an overall good experience!
