Had gotten some ice cream from a male employee and found facial hair in our ice cream!!! Disgusting not professional at all we will never go back there again. Waste of money at the place.
They wouldn't make a shake for my cousin but we're making shakes for other's, the bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels.
Bad service we were there around 2 pm today and waited for 10 mins for someone to take my order and nobody was in the front only laughing in the back. We left and as soon as we left the workers came out from the back BAD SERVICE 00000STARS
Ordered a cake two days ago, and they haven’t done anything until literally hours before an event. The cake is soft, and not done. I’m mad that a 15 yr old kid working for the summer would mess up an order but don’t finish it. Not ordering from this locations ever again.
Half gallon of peanut butter cup perfection and they skimp on tops and don't even fill the half gallon container. Always get shorted at this location.
Great service, friendly staff that was willing and available to answer all our questions. Prices and sizes are great!!!
