Cold Stone Creamery

The ice cream at Cold Stone is always fantastic and this was no exception. My wife and I had an enjoyable night eating here. The only downsides to this location are the lack of tables and chairs and the lack of close parking. Parking: There is apparently underground parking but it was difficult to find coming North. We had to park a couple blocks away on a side street.

Tori, the assistant manager, was so kind! There was some confusion when we were ordering and she was cool and understanding about it. She was super nice to talk to as well! Also, we love the new flavors Going Bananas for Jell-o Pudding and Pie Like You Berry MuchFood: 5/5

I love cold stone but prefer Murray location because there is parking available and no construction to avoid. I refuse to go to this location in person but it's the closest to my home so I get delivery from here. Very disappointed with their cupcakes at this location. The ones I ordered were pure ice cream and contained absolutely no cake as pictured. I occasionally order custom cakes and on more than one occasion it has arrived as a melted mess, all toppings having fallen off and lettering not legible. Parking: ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING

Terrible service, they seem like they are in another galaxy if you know what I mean. They play reggae music very loudly and you can't hear them well. I recommend that you don't take your children to that placeFood: 1/5

The staff was so friendly. The lady working was so patient with my niece who is 4. She made her the cutest sprinkle cone for Valentine's day. She was just really fun and made my niece feel special when taking her order.Food: 5/5

When you step in the facility your nose is hit with a smell that ignites happiness. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. They are fast as well. I like the location as I just moved into the area. This is a perfect spot to hit when after eating at one of the many restaurants in the area. I will be back.

They needed more staffing. Needed needed needed it. I went in on a saturday at 9pm when it was 30 degrees out and it was packed. They have a supervisor and a worker. I got the worker’s name, Veronica, cuz she was killing it. So calm. So kind. Great quality product. If you are the store manager please give her a bonus or something.Food: 5/5

Came in at 8:28pm, there was only one person working taking orders, making 'em and doing payments. There was a long line and people kept coming in. 10 minutes later another worker came but the other one just started working cleaning up at the back. It would have been faster if they both worked together and cleaned up together after. Ice cream is melting away even while he was mixing it. Service isn't great either. Never greeted with a smile or a happy countenance. I love coldstone but not this branch. Never coming back again.

This review is specifically for mngmnt to promote/give a raise to Valerie T who was working the Friday night shift SOLO after her coworker walked off the job in the middle of a rush. He just left her, with a full house in waiting. There was a line all the way to the door, with her doing all the counter service, order making and register work while still making time to greet each new party who walked through the door. She had smiles and cheer for every new person even though she’d been swamped for the last 45 minutes nonstop since we got there and had just as long of line by the time we left. Show that employee some appreciation if you know what’s good for morale.

I usually love this store and location because the people are so kind. But today was not it.. This girl with purple hair was so sweet, kind and helpful with our order that it broke my husband and my heart to see her co worker with black hair yelling at her about anything and what's worst the girl with purple hair wasn't doing anything wrong and happen to be the nicest one working tonight!!! Idk who the girl with black hair is but she's extremely rude to your other employees and it makes customers feel uncomfortable and awkward... AND WHOEVER YOU ARE WITH THE PRETTY PURPLE HAIR, YOUR FREAKING ROCK AND ARE SO AWESOMELY KIND, THANK YOU SO MUCH! I just wish I got your names.
