Poor experience dealing with Vicky Sarahan. Don't get me wrong, Vicky was super nice, outgoing... someone you would want to go have a drink with, just not sell your house. Attention to detail is not a strong suit as Vicky made several mistakes with our open house: having incorrect information and an address that wasn't even ours. Vicky made several errors with other agent when we were making offer on our new home that almost prevented us in missing critical deadlines. At the end of the day, Vicky is lucky homes in Minnesota basically sell themselves. I'm embarrassed we had to pay her the commission we did for the transaction.

Jeff Martineau-Andrade is Disrespectful and unprofessional! He was in our home for less than 60 seconds. Jeff must have gone out of the garage, because he left the garage door open! He left our fireplace on and all of the lights. Luckily, we were not gone for an extended period of time. He’s lucky that our house was not broken into or he would have a serious lawsuit against him. DO NOT TRUST JEFF WITH YOUR HOME!!
