A coworker referred Tom Little at Coldwell Banker and I took her advice. I highly recommend Tom as an agent. He is timely, friendly, knowledgeable and very good at staying in touch through the selling process. Tom helped me sell my house fast and I am very pleased.

I would rate 0 stars if that was an option. Nothing gets fixed and scheduled maintenance gets cancelled without any notice for no reason other than they don't want to spend money to keep their property up to code. Fire hazards, pest infestations, etc.

A sour economy is one thing, but a shady realtor is inexcusable! We expected to take a loss when we sold our property, but we didn't expect our listing agent to give us bad advice, brush our concerns aside, and then pad her commission. Complaints to the boss got us nowhere. Economy aside, we lost thousands of dollars as a result of their sloppiness!
