As an extremely busy professional, I do not typically post reviews; however, I'm compelled to do so from my experience with Jeff Steeves and his Team. Jeff is a credit to his profession. Here's my experience: I contacted Jeff remotely, months after I relocated while the home was vacant. Jeff and his Team provided far above and beyond for service, communication, responsiveness, and a host of necessary actions on my behalf while I was no longer co-located in state. I cannot stress enough how Jeff provided invaluable partnership to assist property preparation, enhancing value, and marketing my property. Jeff consistently demonstrated ethical behaviors, market expertise along with all the above. Most importantly for me...RESULTS. I offer my highest recommendation for Jeff!

Michael Billiet with Jeff Steeves Edina Realty was such a pleasure to work with! He was very understanding of what we were looking for in a new home and also very patient and accommodating with our schedules throughout the whole process. The sell of our old home and purchase of our new home went so smoothly. The knowledge that Michael and Jeff have about the real estate business can’t be beat! We will hands down use Michael again if we are looking to sell and purchase in the future!

My wife and I worked with David Berg of Jeff Steeve's Real Estate Professionals. As first time home buyers, we knew nothing about the process of working with an agent or what it takes to buy a home in the metro. David assured us that he goes only as slow or fast as first time buyers want to go. And how true was that! Over a three month period, we toured over 75 homes (Yes, 75! Whoa!). David showed as many homes as we wanted, any day of the week. Finally, the perfect home arrived in Rogers, and David helped from the offer all the way to signing the closing paperwork. I can't tell you how happy we were for finding David, you can tell he loves what he does, and it shows. We are so grateful for him and Jeff Steeve's Reality. Jeff and Michael were so helpful with our both our purchase and sale. They made a frustrating process easier, always had our best interest in mind, and were available at all times - even in the middle of a blizzard. Would highly recommend this team.

Very knowledgeable, extremely realistic with expectations, and sold our home before it was ever officially listed on the market! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a realtor.
