Wonderful experience!! I worked closely with Joe and Becky, and they were amazing! I bought my first place with Roost Real Estate in 2017. They helped with the entire process - learning process to closing process. They were patient while being very efficient. I had no idea what I wanted to buy, so they took me to a variety of homes, without making it an exhausting process. Once I figured out what I wanted, they were quick to offer and finalize the deal. From the first day I met them, they treated me like one of the team. They were very generous and gave me a very thoughtful closing day gift. It was not generic and it felt like a gift my friend would give me, which just shows that they truly cared and paid attention to my personality. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I always talk highly of Roost Real Estate when I'm asked who my realtor was. Thanks, Roost!

The Dream Team! I am so thankful to have worked with Joe & Becky to find our first home. They were honestly rockstars, above and beyond, customer service exactly the way it should be. Thank you for putting us first and staying so organized! That level of trust and peace of mind is key to have when juggling my busy working lifestyle. I was amazed at how committed, generous, and patient they were in helping me accomplish my future needs. I highly recommend these great people and will be going back to them without a doubt when I'm ready to sell & upgrade!

I have worked with BJ and Becky on multiple transactions and can speak very highly of their industry knowledge along with the way they treat their clients. I have also had the pleasure of volunteering with them both for Habitat for Humanity so I know their commitment to the community and that speaks volumes in and of itself. Great people and great company.

Absolutely unbelievable experience with Roost! From start to finish Joe and the team were SO supportive, responded to our every question right away, and just made the home selling AND buying experience phenomenal. I never thought I would enjoy the process but I really had peace of mind knowing the Roost team had us covered!
