If there were 100 stars, I'd give them all to Josh. We've bought and sold 3 homes, and I can easily say that Josh is the best realtor we have ever used. I wish we found him sooner. Josh took our listing after we fired another agent in Edina because he really messed up the pricing and marketing of our home. We thought we would never sell and if we did, we thought we would lose everything. But we found Josh and things changed. Our home was being sold due to relocating out of state. Josh not only got the marketing back on track, but he made sure our home was in tiptop shape to get people through the home. He did everything he could to make sure that the house was maintained; even if that meant he was wiping down my windows. We needed carpet installed in the basement, and he was there to make sure it all went down the right way. We got an offer shortly after we were on the market, and he negotiated really well for us. Even between the pending sale and the closing, Josh was giving us updates on our home and making sure everything at the house was okay. He is a master at his marketing, sales pitch, presentation and process. His knowledge is priceless and he was extremely responsive - even after we had closed and he received his hard earned commission. We've never had a smoother real estate transaction in the three homes we have bought and sold. I still cannot believe he was able to rebound from the nightmare that preceded him. Josh helped us find the perfect home for our family. In a hot market, we found a property which exceeds our needs and has made the perfect home for us. Buying our first house was an intimidating idea, but Josh created an amazing and exciting experience for us. We have the utmost appreciation for the best real estate agent in Edina.

I've heard time and time again that Josh is the best realtor in Edina and after working with him to buy our first home, I 100% agree. He is seriously THE BEST. He listened to our needs, was responsive and patient with all of our questions, met us for showings on the fly, was extremely knowledgeable about the market and gave us insight into things we wouldn’t have thought about otherwise. His expertise is unmatched and the advice and support he provided throughout the entire process, is something we will be forever grateful for. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone!
