Sophia was my me and husband’s salesperson & she was a gem. Answered all my questions & more importantly gave good input when I was choosing which size item to get. I followed her recommendation & turned out quite please with our purchases!! She is well spoken & mannered. Great help! Cole Haan is lucky to have a good salesperson on their team!
The shoes are very comfortable and the staff at this particular store are exceptionally helpful. I told them I have wide feet and they directed me to the ones that they thought would fit. Also they seem to have sales before they are announced to the public and that's if you give them your email. Overall two great experiences with this store and the staff.
The experience was as dry as can be. If people dislike their jobs to this degree, quit! New York City has a wealth of jobs available and one should never feel as if they can’t make a move. I received some irrelevant service. Like I was a bother or something. The woman even pointed to the register as if she were addressing a child. God forbid she stop speaking to a coworker to help a customer.
This is the second time I went there in person to test size and style of something I had seen online. both times I ended up picking up a pair. It's a bit chaotic there because of location as it gets a lot of traffic but they have a decent number of sales rep who help out. The comfort of the loafers I picked was amazing, I was replacing an existing pair of Cole Haan loafer. It was good to compare and see the difference and how comforting the new design is. After 30% off it was still somewhat expensive but if all goes well this could last for another 4 years/seasons.

Typical Cole Haan store that is clean and well laid out. It offers a variety of quality shoes and clothing items that are priced in the mid range.
I find their shoes to be of a very good quality. I like it that they have a good selection of leather shoes with very comfortable insoles. I walk a lot and it is important for me to have high quality products and I know I can count on Cole Haan. Sales assistants are always ready to assist and they are always very nice which makes the shopping experience so much better.
First time buying Cole Haan, and I am very happy about it. The sales staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The shoes are great. I bought their leather tennis shoes and they are amazingly comfortable. On a whim I also bought their flip flops, and I was a little apprehensive on spending $70 on flip flops. I went on vacation and wore them almost every day, they are totally the most comfortable things you have ever worn. Highly recommended!!!
I came here few times since it's right across my office. The sales were used to be very nice. Today I decided to purchase a pair of boots I saw online. It was no customer there, 2 sales were chatting in the front room. I saw the boots I like in the second room and was looking for help to get the right size. No one intended to come even I tried to signal them. Ok that's fine if you don't want to serve, maybe I shouldn't consider this brand to begin with.
