Chris, Ty, and Kyle were all super helpful in the boutique. Romano Romand? was particularly helpful over the phone. An exceptional boutique experience all around. The team was so wonderful they really make me want to come into the boutique and shop if for no other reason than the vibes alone. I look forward to my next visit!

We had a great experience at the biggest Coach store thanks to Enrique. We walked in right when the store was about to close looking to get my bag detail and he did! He took care of us in such a short period of time with the highest level of service possible, thank you so much once again Enrique!

I had the best return experience. May, my salesperson was very helpful and understanding when I tried on a different size. I wished every sales transaction I have ever made was with May. She was fantastic!!

I spent about 1hr here. Sales associate "May" I hope that's how you spell it, never asked ‍ was helpful, friendly and inviting to other options. I went in to check out the limited edition sneakers to see them in person, wasn't wooed but I do love the handbag and needed to think some more before I make a final decision. I ended up getting 2 makeup pallets, the sharks and I hope to make a decision on the bag. Which bag do you think looks better? I would go back to this location just based off of my customer service.

This was my first time to a retail Coach store and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I was greeted by approximately 3-5 sale associates as soon as I walked in the door. They all smiled and immediately asked if I needed any help. I chose to just look around. After I made a trip around the store Miguel approached me and asked to help me. He was EXTREMELY knowledgable about what he was selling and to say I was impressed is an understatement. He patiently worked with me close to 30 minutes until we narrowed down what I was looking for and finally to my final purchases. I absolutely love the items I chose. I'm going back in October and will definitely return to this store. So if you were looking for friendly service and someone who knows a little something about Coach and their products I highly recommend going to this store!

We were welcomed and were treated so well here. I had no idea that the Coach purses sold at Macys or Dillards are different then at the Coach store here. We got to pick what we wanted on purse tab, which I never knew was free. The purses are of higher quality then of the department stores. My daughter and I each got a purse, and we get so many compliments on them!

It’s tradition for me to purchase a new Coach bag in every new city I visit and Aileen has definitely been the sweetest and most genuine Coach Associate I have ever been helped by. Showed me many options when I told her the style and color combo I was looking for. Coach quality and customer service never disappoints! Beats any other designer handbag creator by miles!!

Had a positive experience here! The salespeople were friendly and helpful. They have a nice women's section of footwear, apparel, leather goods and accessories. If you're looking for an extensive men's selection though, I wouldn't urge you to shop at this Coach location as it's more minimal. Overall, I was very happy with their service!

I'm not usually in the market for handbags... But I was today and decided to visit Coach. The minute you step in the store you are treated great. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to take care of us. I know that the bags are expensive and people expect to be treated like royalty if they are spending that much but we went to many stores to look around and nobody besides the Michael Kors store was nearly as helpful. The shop was very clean and the staff were very knowledgeable. They asked a few questions and presented a range of handbags that my wife was interested in. If you are in need of help definitely visit this place. You won't regret it.
