College Park Marriott Hotel & Conference Center

I was here for a conference for work. The setup was really nice. The facilities were in excellent shape. Staff did a great job keeping up with needs. What other events are held here in the future I will enjoy coming back.

I liked this place. It was very good. Nice staff. It is located right near Maryland University, and DC. The only thing was that I could not figure out how to plug another HDMI into the TV. The TV was mounted on the wall, so I could not plug it in. In the end, this hotel was very good.

As a seasoned event planner in the DC Area for more than 23 years, I am VERY disappointed in the service that I received from the sales team during the process of the clients event. They are rude and most times unresponsive. The AV tech on site is also rude, and told us 4 minutes before the start of the event for 120 people that we couldn't use the sound for certain things when we had been setting up for almost 2 hours prior. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the on-site event manager Jennifer saved the day and the catering staff were very nice and pleasant. However, I would NOT suggest anyone having an event here!!!

Too small for our function. A little too cozy, many events at the same time walking through the main atrium together. Kinda confusing.

The hotel was very clean. The room was small but the hotel made good use out of the available room space. A few parties were going on that night, but it is on a college campus was... no complaints.
