For events of, say, 40 people to the max capacity of 80, this is a lovely facility. A former functioning parish house, it is now owned by the city of College Park and operated as an event venue. My a cappella group had our first concert here last weekend—and the acoustics are FANTASTIC. Dunno how good it would be for any amplification, but it's perfect for voices and acoustic instruments. Of which, the grand piano (Kawai) was in tune and in good repair (I'm told it's fastidiously kept that way). In addition to the main room there is a functioning kitchen, lounge area (seating for maybe 10?), and coat closet. Standard institutional folding chairs and tables.

Singing group held a concert there. Very nice venue. Parking can be a chore without proper guidance
