What a great experience with this doctor, great personality and He thoroughly explained everything to me and double checked that I had understood the process. The office felt so quiet and peaceful.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The entire staff at this office makes uncomfortable situations comfortable. From the very first phone call, the receptionist was friendly and attentive. The girl who checked me in and interviewed me before seeing Dr Hsiung was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Hsiung is hands down one of the most friendly, personable doctors I've ever dealt with. He was extremely thorough with his explanations, answering of questions and follow through. This entire office is a well oiled machine. Not a single glitch from office to surgical center, to follow up. I can not recommend this place high enough.

The fact that the Flamingo location looks like it's in an abandoned building in a bad part of town speaks for itself. I was guided to an exam room with a table covered in dirty used medical gloves and long q-tips strewn about. The doctor used these very q-tips on me and then dipped his instruments into a communal jar of lube, which he then left open and in the room with me while I got dressed. Now they're pushing surgery on me, and I'm looking at their sanitary practices, and what am I supposed to think?

Great doctor, amazing staff. You actually feel comfortable from receptionist to Dr. Hsuing they display great confidence and you know you are in the hand's of competent people.

My first time to visa Dr. Hsiung for rectal issue is very successful. Dr. Hsiung is very patient, professional and detailed with my problem, he explained very well to me how and why the problem happened and what I am supposed to do to get it heal better, even his assistant is very friendly and helpful. I would like to say that Dr. Hsiung is the best doctor whom I have ever seen in Las Vegas before, my husband likes him as well. Dr. Hsiung performed a wonderful job! Thank you so much! I highly and strongly recommend Dr. Hsiung if you have any colon and rectal problem.

Office staff is friendly but apparently unaware of the doctors limitations. I scheduled an appointment for chronic constipation. I was then sat down with Dr. Annaberdyev’s assistant while she questioned me for 15 minutes taking copious notes. She presented these to the doctor and then I was asked to come into his office where he proceeds to tell me there is nothing he can do for me and I am basically wasting his time. The person that scheduled the appointment or the assistant could have explained this to me so we did not waste each others time. Dr. Annaberdyev was errogant, rude and condescending.

SAVED MY LIFE!! They did. Holy cow!! Their office is nothing but the pinnacle of congeniality. I begged my general practitioner for years to help me with my swelling hemorrhoids. I had bleeding and swelling and I told the general Practitioners for over 10 years just to look at me and they just walked out of the Room and didn't do anything. I begged for a referral repeatedly until I finally got referred to The Colon and Rectal Clinic. They made the experience easy and quick and smooth. It's not an easy subject but this doctor has an awesome bedside manner that somehow takes care of your problem before you even know it. In three 20 second procedures over 6 weeks they entirely removed from me what was causing the problem, with very little discomfort. That which a general practitioner couldn't fix with creams and pills which are no good for you, The Colon and Rectal Clinic "Nipped it in the Bud" in only 6 weeks. I am indebted to them for my life.

I saw Dr Hsiung for the first time. Consultation for a Crohn's issue requiring surgical treatment. I found him extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. A medical treatment/surgical plan was formed quickly. I am pleased, was all I'm looking for.

The office has easy scheduling, not long wait at office. Dr seems knowledgeable and somewhat friendly but doesn't talk with you long, does not give you many options, or listens to personal needs well. He is there to fix the problem that he sees and move on, that is it. My negative review is for the horrendous lack of post-op care. After my operation I was bleeding 4- 8oz of blood a day and having extreme pain level 10 when having a bowel movement even after taking 8 pain pills. I almost went to the ER because I was going to pass out from the pain and couldn't take it. I contacted the office to speak to the Dr to ask him what areas did he resect. There was the major area and major problem that we talked about in office and there was a minor area that we didn't cover and I was concerned the minor problem wasn't taken care of and might be causing me this pain and blood because the area that he did looked healthy. When I called I was told the Dr would not take any phone calls nor would he contact me back. The nurse spoke to him and he would only speak to me if I made an appointment. The only appointment was 3 weeks after my Surgery !!!! I am bleeding and in extreme pain and not sure if he understood what areas to resect and if he had taken care of the whole problem which I don't think he did and I can't even speak to the Dr for 1 minute to confirm things are OK. WORSE POST OP CARE EVER I would never recommend a physician that will not contact his patients after a surgery. This may count as a breach in standard of care and code of contact. I will investigate further.
