I have lived in colonial village for exactly 2 years and in 2 years I just want to say that maintenance department's service was PHENOMENAL ! When it comes to management and couple people at the office at the beginning which was on September 2020 to January 2022 the staff were great to us and everything and all the process was super smooth. However unfortunately the new crew that they hired could not handle our leaving process peacefully. They did not have enough parking spots in our apartment and they made us park in the handicap parking almost for 1 year and they did not say a word however when they change stuff and regulations they did not inform us whatsoever and some of the staff were just super mean about it they came banging our door and we complied with them and told them we are sorry we will do what they say and the one specific lady treat us extremely rude and insulting. She threatened us about towing our cars even though we did what they said. I wish they did not replace Stephania she was so great and helpful...
Always have a great experience . Maintenance is always professional ..Always friendly . The staff at the leasing office care about there Residents. I'm very lucky to know and be a big part of this Beautiful community.
We live here now, maintenance is quick and super respectful and knowledgeable. Apartments are clean and well maintained, lots of parking. No issues with the staff or properly
Edit: After the review and the entire situation was explained I was refunded. I have bumped the 1 star to a 3 star. I wanted to leave me past experience here for all to know. We put a deposit on an apartment. My wife applied and then had issues with the email not being sent to my email for me to apply. However we still put the 7/24 deposit to hold the unit. My wife called after applying to explain she needs another invite sent to my correct email. They answered said it would be fixed and sent. We waited a few days recieved nothing. Called the next day 7/28 the told us that another tenant had some issues in their apartment and moved them to ours because they had a lease. We said well do you have anything else available. They said no. This is when I requested my deposit back he said he need to talk to a supervisor and the confirm to process and there should be no issue since the mistake wasnt on our end. I said please start this process. I called 3 more times during this week and left 1 voicemail. The final call i sent was on 8/1 where the lady said they tired to reach out multiple times with new apartments and this is why they didn't start the refund process, which is inaccurate because neither of us received one call from them and we were in constant communication with them anyway because we kept calling. Then she said another issue was I havn't completed my application, which i didnt recieve the email and this doesn't matter because we already asked for the refund because of the what happened earlier. Finally the lady started the refund and I recieved my $500 but not the $54.28 due to no error on my end. In my opinion this is a quite nasty way to make an extra $54.28 on your own mistake. As we never saw the place we have no opinon about the community or the place itself, however the staff is difficult to work with when there's issues.
We have lived at Colonial Village for almost 12 years. The manager here and her staff are all very professional. It only takes 1-2 days at most for Maintenance to address any situations you might have. By far the most important, the current staff is the most transparent group of employees I have seen in a very long time. Kevin G. 09/20/2022 : the Maintenance man that worked at our apartment today here for as long as we have lived here, almost 14years; shows how well Colonial Village treats their own employees. It is just as well as their leases. The maintenance workers are highly skilled & efficient, just as well as the office personnel. Kevin Gurley
Chemical fumes in my apartment. The maintenance team did not get to it during the Christmas holiday so I had to stay in a hotel. I'm still waiting for them to fix the problem.
Thank you for replacing my refrigerator so quickly. The men who replaced my appliance were pleasant and efficient. They arrived on time, and they made certain everything was clean and in place before leaving. Great job!
I notice tow trucks towing cars for no reason. My car was not towed, but I see how the parking lots aren't full yet they're still towing people to make money. Biden put us in a depression and you have millionaire landlords towing the vehicles of the low-middle class. Pathetic.
I was very pleased. Maintenance was clean after he was done working in my apartment. And very friendly. I am very pleased with the staff. Everyone is very nice here. . This is a great place to live
The maintenance staff are super nice, they are very patient, and they handle every time I need to repair very well, I am very grateful to them! they are the best
