I can tell you this: In the seventies, they took my elder sister after she had been expelled from another Christian school. She fell below their C average; Columbia took a chance on her when nobody else would. Thanks to their compassion, she went on to work out in the world for forty years at business' jobs. If you would like your child raised in something other than atavistic nihilism, this is the place to send them. Their faith is a living one, not an arid, empty intellectual exercise. I often drive by them, being nearby. Do not be deceived by their aging exterior: my sister is just one of the plethora of lives that Columbia rescued. I cannot recommend them to you more strongly; May Our Lord Bless You, Columbia. The Light, you brought into my widowed sister, continues to Shine forth its Light: In the darkness of her suffering, it sustains her.

Columbia Christian has been a great school for my kids. We have been at the school for 3 years and made the switch when my kids were in Middle School and High School, which is a hard time to switch schools. The students and faculty have been very accepting and inviting. Both of my kids feel like Columbia is now their family school. Academically it has been challenging, but not overwhelming. Great School!

Columbia has a great teaching staff, all of whom care about each student. A great deal of extra time is given to the students before school, during lunch or after school. The atmosphere is kind and energetic, making for a great learning environment!

Well, first of all they do play favorites all of the time.If you need help they tell you to "do it yourself".you ask to come in during lunch and the teacher doesn't show up or takes their sweet time to meet you. The door to the gym is always locked and I'm almost late to class and so then it magically opens and you have like 2 mins left of passing time. I was being bullied by a kid and the school did nothing. One of my family members was going there and they refused to let them go into the next grade because of their disability. If you aren't related to any of the staff or past staff then you don't get special treatment. If you get sexually harassed they tell you to cover your shoulders if your a girl. Kids are not respectful sometimes. They care more about basketball then being a good christian.

Every school has it's ups and downs, but over all Columbia Christian has an excruciatingly toxic environment. From racist students/staff members, to unbelievable favoritism shown to the wealthier students, it's honestly shocking that Columbia has the audacity to identify as a 'Christian' school that's based upon a 'Christ centered education'. Numerous amounts of students have been bullied by their peers because of their lack of money, their religion, and their culture. The staff will lie to keep Columbia's reputation with the parents of their students positive, the staff will stand up for any student that has a parent/family member that financially supports the school (despite the wrong that they've committed), and the staff absolutely refuses to admit when they have done anything wrong (even if that means throwing their students under the bus). Their education is absolute garbage, and the teachers don't give their students the help that they need to be successful. If you're looking for a hypocritical school based upon favoritism and lies, then this is definitely the place I'd recommend for your child/children.
