The annual Portland Christmas Revels are full of joy and festivities everyone is welcome to participate in. A must see for anyone who loves the Christmas tradition.

Having taught in a non catholic K-8 Grade school for over 20 years, a majority of our students have chosen to attend St.Mary's Academy for high school. Over the years I have kept in contact with many of them. They leave well balanced, confident, open minded, academically prepared for college and amazing individuals. The staff has demonstrated these values, are incredibly diverse and welcoming of each individual difference of our time like Pope Francis. I would highly recommend this school.

Struggling with my own depression and anxiety about being a Christian and going to Church every week with friends and family that I have invited many times. Church is not the building it's the people that matter that defines how one truly lives their lives trusting God and His son Jesus Christ that brings everyone together.

The attendance woman at the front of the school knows my name, first and last. She knows everyone's names. I've talked to her four times I think, one of which was to give her some candy that caused her greet me more enthusiastically every time I passed her office. She's very nice and a good representation of the school's spirit and passion.
