My leasing agent, Rashad Higgs, was AWESOME! He provided great customer service, made the leasing process very easy and was very communicative by keeping me updated. It’s a 5 star for me! 

I have been trying to contact the leasing office for leasing for the past month and no one has answer the phone or responded to emails.

I am falling in love with Columbia Crest. I just moved here and was very pleased with the application process. Brandon has been one of the best leasing staff person I've ever come across too! He definitely made my moving process easier. The area is super new and very communal.

I’ve literally been calling since 11 am it’s past 2pm and still no answer from them or Columbia grove. This isn’t the first time. Moving on with my lease options is

The worst community. The leasing office and maintenance just collect your money and that’s it!

I have never encountered such an amazing staff of leasing agents. Surah and Tiana are wonderful and patient. They worked long and hard with me to make sure I was moved in properly. The complex is quiet and I love that there is a beautiful park across the street for my daughter to play in.

Surah does not I fw her heavy she is the connect around here
