1824 Defoor

This place is so poorly managed. They install pegboards into closets, forget they are in there, and then try to charge you and give you a hard time about it. If there was a zero star option you bet I would pick it. Literally live anywhere else. Home park is managed better. Hell even the bay of pigs was managed better.

Staff is extremely helpful and professional. You can see they pride themselves on customer service! The community is beautiful! It’s truly a hidden gem on Defoors.

From the beautiful, sparking pool to the expansive dog park probably the largest apartment dog park i've ever seen, 1824 Defoor pay attention to even the smallest of details- that's just one of the many things that make this community a great place to be!

I love the location of this property! it is in walking distance to a ton of great restaurants and shops. The staff is also very friendly and my apartment is beautiful. Couldn't ask for better!

This is a beautiful property in West Midtown. I had the most wonderful experience with Celeen and ended up leasing my dream apartment. I am so grateful to her and the entire team for all of their help and for making what can sometimes be an inconvenient process so pleasant. Absolutely love living here.
