Sterling Collier Hills Apartments

This property is definitely worth it.The staff is friendly, readily available & always helpful. The area is quiet. Maintenance always responds quickly when requested. The location is just perfect! I have not had any problems since moving here! Definitely would recommend!

Everything you could ask for in an apartment complex and more. The property is extremely clean and the staff Is off the chart! Yolanda has been amazing to work with and accommodates all of my needs as a tenant.

I've had the best application and touring experience while working with Yolanda. I can't wait to move in! She has been really helpful and understanding throughout this entire process. They're also doing renovations at the moment and I can't wait to see what they have instore for the community.

This review is based solely off of the tour I recently took with Yolanda. She did an AMAZING job showing the apartment/property. The community was quiet and seemed nice. The apartments have been recently remodeled which was a nice touch. I'm seriously considering this apartment, and would like to thank Yolanda again!
