Such an amazing property and staff. I've recently just moved in and everyone has been helpful thus far. I had a few issues with the apartment and the office immediately fixed them. Maintenance is quick and the leasing Team makes me feel like family. I love it!!

Welcome to the real Berkshire Howell Mill this was the pool situation for memorial day weekend.... this building is a joke I've watched this decline over 4 years.
I was a little hesitant because of the negative reviews it received but I have had no problems so far. Great first apartment and good security. I imagine people who claim their car was broken into must’ve parked on the public level ... The amenities are great and the modern designs in the apartments are nice.
I’m giving this 5 star review specifically to Jade! I now live away from Berkshire and I miss having Jade to count on. I lived there for 4 years and Jade was there almost the entire time. She was the reason I truly didn’t want to leave! If you’re touring there, I highly recommend asking for her.
