I’ve been coming here for 12 years. It has become absolutely Horrible I literally have been calling for over a week staying on hold over an hour each time. One time over two hours. I’ve sent three online schedule request and literally no one has calling back. Definitely changing clinics it’s clear they don’t care for patients at all

They don’t NEVER answer the phone. I called 1st thing they opened and requested for my doctor to contact me and they told me that they can’t I have to message her on mychart well to my surprise I go to mychart none of the appointments I ever had with my doctor isn’t on the website. I’m over this place cause whyyyyyyyy

I’ve been calling for 2 weeks straight no one ever got to my call even with me calling numerous of time through out the day I am also calling as I’m typing this and they have the phone off the hook an I am just trying to make my son a doctors appointment

I have been calling for 3 days and can’t get an answer it’s ridiculous used to be a good office now it’s completely unprofessional
